We are in touch with the two main site representatives selected by the first public consultation to provide their vision for their individual sites.
The Bassetlaw Draft plan indicates 121 house to be built in Ranskill. Of this total 42 have planning permission granted (Great North Road and Folly Nook Road) leaving an amount of 79 houses to be allocated. The vision should include affordable housing and a mixture of bungalows and houses to give a reasonable mix of homes.
Following this a further public consultation will be undertaken and the result will be included in the final draft plan which will go forward to inspection and a final referendum.
